History
'never seen blue: fanlisting collective' came to life on January 13, 2004. I had owned one fanlisting since the previous year but did not plan on making any more. A fanlisting came up for adoption on the thefanlistings.org message board and I adopted it. That made me realize I should make my fanlistings available at one url. Thus, 'never seen blue' was made.
Name
'never seen blue' was named after a Tori Amos song.

The site was made on on January 13, 2004 at my personal domain, frosti.org. The host is liquidweb.com.
